  1. Preheat the oven to 170 oC - Grease and line a loaf tin
  2. Whisk together the caster sugar, eggs, dairy free milk and melted dairy free spread - Stir in the gluten free flour and mincemeat - Spoon into the loaf tin
  3. Bake for 50 minutes
  4. Remove from the loaf tin and allow to cool - Dust with icing sugar before serving
