- Quand les courgettes sont cuites, les tartiner de sauce tomate devenue plutôt compacte. Saupoudrer de graines de cesame et levures maltée.
- Remettre 20min à 200° au grill.
- Rouler les lamelles de courgettes sur elles même :)
