Instructions to make Cheese-ramisu fraises:
  1. Rincer, équeuter et couper les fraises. Les sucrer avec 1 cuillère à soupe de sucre glace
  2. Mélanger le mascarpone, le fromage. Ajouter de la poudre de vanille 1 cuillère à café et 3 cas de sucre glace
  3. Dresser en verrines en superposant les fruits et la crème et finir avec un petit biscuit pour apporter du croquant.
  4. Mettre au frigo 30 minutes minimum avant de servir!
